Meet Phil

Phil signed on with Enframe early in the company’s development. He’s worked in construction in the region for more than 30 years. As Construction Manager, Phil leads our crews, develops the building schedule, overseeing projects and monitors quality control. His education as a journeyman carpenter, work experience and friendly demeanor, are valuable resources to the company.
